2024 RHA Indicators Atlas
The 2024 RHA Indicators Atlas follows a long line of similar reports produced by MCHP and The Need To Know team since 2003 that comprehensively assess the health of Manitobans and the health services they use. Indicators included in this deliverable are those related to health status, health care use, quality of care, and maternal and child health, which were measured for all residents of the five Regional Health Authorities (RHAs). When possible, indicators were measured for smaller geographies within each RHA, which provides important evidence for service provision planning. To observe changes over time, indicators were analyzed between three time periods (2012/13, 2017/18 and 2022/23), and longitudinally over a 20-year period (2003/04 to 2022/23). Additionally, indicators were measured by income quintiles in the province, which provides information about gaps within indicators between those living in the highest and lowest income areas.
