Definition:
The benchmark total is the sum of hospital costs generated using the hospital CWC, the combined method of allocating outpatient expenditures, costs attributed using the personal care home addresses (excluding federal PCHs), and costs attributed to the location codes provided on the Manitoba Mental Health Information System data.
