Definition:
Cholesterol tests measure the amount of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Our data do not allow us to distinguish between cholesterol tests done for screening purposes and those done for diagnostic or disease monitoring reasons. These are identified by the physician tariff codes: 9075 or 9220.
