Definition:
A set of indicators for describing rates associated with different types of diagnoses related to functional limitations or restricted activity, including: musculoskeletal, other respiratory, other heart, cerebrovascular, ischemic heart disease, other gastrointestinal, nervous system, urinary, hypertension, ill-defined, mental disorders, other circulation, and endocrine. There are specific ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes for these indicators.
