Definition:

A single claim for a fixed-fee global tariff that covers all care related to a particular procedure, over a particular period of time, such as the six-week post-operative care period, examinations associated with other procedures (e.g. injections of chemotherapeutic agents), and prenatal and postpartum care visits claimed at the time of delivery. Such claims prevent direct enumeration of service claims.
