Definition:
A single claim for a fixed-fee global tariff that covers all care related to a particular procedure, over a particular period of time, such as the six-week post-operative care period, examinations associated with other procedures (e.g. injections of chemotherapeutic agents), and prenatal and postpartum care visits claimed at the time of delivery.
