An event used to describe the outcome of persons discharged home following a Long Stay in hospital, including: 1). death; 2). admission to Personal Care Home (PCH); 3). admission to a long-term care hospital (Deerlodge, Riverview); 4). receipt of home care; 5). rehospitalization; or 6). none of the above.
