Definition:

Information from the Manitoba Library Association list of Public Libraries in Manitoba is used to obtain the number of library books per region. For libraries without book collection numbers on the web site, the main branch libraries or individual libraries are contacted. Libraries can be classified into Regional Health Authority and Winnipeg Community Areas (CAs) by postal code.
