Definition:
One of 13 alternate levels of care, this is defined as 24-hour supervision and assessment provided by a team of rehabilitation personnel, or a therapy program planned by a physiotherapist delivered daily to patients expected to be discharged fully restored or transferred to a home-based program, or to another level of care accommodation.
