Definition:

The status of the patient recorded at the conclusion of an Emergency Department (ED) or Urgent Care (UC) facility visit. Disposition status options included in this report are:

  • discharged home,
  • expired,
  • admitted to an inpatient bed,
  • transferred to another site,
  • left against medical advice or before discharge, and
  • left without being seen.
