Definition:
The status of the patient recorded at the conclusion of an Emergency Department (ED) or Urgent Care (UC) facility visit. Disposition status options included in this report are:

discharged home,
-
expired,
-
admitted to an inpatient bed,
-
transferred to another site,
-
left against medical advice or before discharge, and
- left without being seen.
