Definition:
This is the highest level of formal education achieved.
In all waves of the survey data used in
Martens et al. (2015),
respondents were asked about the highest level of education they achieved. The weighted crude prevalence of highest level of education achieved was calculated for survey respondents aged 12 and older as the percentage of respondents with no high school graduation, high school graduation or some post-secondary education, and post-secondary graduation.
