The Canadian Primary Care Sentinel Surveillance Network (CPCSSN) is a pan-Canadian multi-disease public and population health surveillance system. The CPCSSN data is comprised of electronic medical record (EMR) information collected from participating primary care providers. Data includes patient characteristics, diagnoses, lab testing, provider information, risk factors and vaccinations. The MCHP Data Repository contains Manitoba data only from the Manitoba Primary Care Research Network (MaPCReN), a node of the CPCSSN.
