Definition:
The percent of residents (all ages) diagnosed with Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), as defined by one or more positive laboratory tests for HCV.
Rates were age- and sex-adjusted to the Manitoba population. The definition for a positive laboratory test for HCV was developed in partnership with Cadham Provincial Laboratory (CPL) and MHSAL (Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living). See the
