The Manitoba Facility Reporting System User Guide contains instructions for reporting MIS data in Manitoba. This Guide was initially developed for MIS implementation in Manitoba hospital and personal care home facilities in 1995/96. Upon regionalization, the services being reported using these guidelines were broadened, but the basic framework and instructions have remained the same. The User Guide is updated every year to reflect any changes to the MIS Chart of Accounts.
