Definition:

Total cost (ingredient cost plus professional fee) of prescription recorded in the Drug Program Information Network (DPIN) prescription database. Costs for prescriptions not reimbursed by Pharmacare or Family services were imputed using a formula described in the MCHP concept dictionary.
