Term: Support to Seniors Program

Helps seniors remain independent in the community. Funding is provided to encourage the development of Support Services initiatives at the community level. Flexibility in policy allows for variations in communities and promotes a sense of local ownership, a commitment to local solutions, and the use of volunteers from existing support services.
