Definition:
A medical physician who has: (1) billing privileges with Manitoba Health, (2) registered as a family physician [family or general practitioner] with Manitoba Health, (3) submitted fee-for-service or evaluation claims, and (4) provided care to patients who are most likely to reside within the geographic area that became the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) in 1999.
