Definition:

Nine sub-regions of Winnipeg (Inner Core, Outer Core, Old St. Boniface, South Central, West, North West North East, South East and South West) were defined by MCHP using a measure of socio-economic status. They are based on the 1986 Census Family Income by Postal Code.
