Winnipeg Average Health is an aggregate geography area of Winnipeg Neighbourhood Clusters that have a premature mortality rate statistically similar to the premature mortality rate of a larger area measured over 10 years. This aggregate geographical area was co-developed by MCHP and

for use in MCHP research. The areas may change from project to project, based on the data used.

(2008) deliverable, the area of comparison was Manitoba over calendar years 1991-2000 and the Winnipeg Neighbourhood Clusters included: Downtown West, River East South, River Heights East, Seven Oaks North, Seven Oaks East, Seven Oaks West, St. Vital North and Transcona.
