Definition:
Method to acquire and incorporate databases into the Repository housed at MCHP. The six steps are:
- formulate the request and receive the data,
- become familiar with the data structure and content,
- apply the data to SAS®,
- evaluate the quality of the data,
- document information about the data, and
- release the data for use by data analysts and researchers.
