Definition:
The data collection and management system used by Manitoba Housing and Community Development to administer the Social Housing Program in Manitoba. The TMS data contains information on all households living in units directly managed by Manitoba Housing. Records are initially created when a person applies for a unit; available data includes household type, length of stay, application reason, and rural/Winnipeg.
