The Manitoba Immunization Registry - Public Health Information Management System (PHIMS) data contains information on all immunization histories (e.g.: vaccines received, dates) of Manitoba Health registrants from January 1, 2015 forward. Previous years of immunization data are available in the Manitoba Immunization Monitoring System (MIMS) and in the Manitoba Immunization Registry - Panorama data.
