Definition:

The statistical rates used to measure the Health Status Indicators: crude mortality rate, crude hospitalization rate, crude physician visit rate, age-specific mortality rate, indirect adjusted rate, standardized mortality / morbidity ratio (SMR) - province, standardized mortality / morbidity ratio (SMR) - low, excess mortality, excess persons hospitalized, and excess physician visits.
