Definition:
Social data maintained by the Manitoba Department of Families that provides information concerning Manitoba residents who receive support from the Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) Program. EIA data files contain one record per person (client) for each month they are present in the Social Allowances Management Information Network (SAMIN) data system.
