Definition:

concept/Social Determinants of Health-SDOH-Digital Library-Image.jpg Individuals who have had contact with the justice system and are identified using the Prosecutions and Information and Scheduling Management (PRISM) database having been accused of a crime.

NOTE: In MCHP research, if the accused is less than 12 years old at the date of incident, then this record would be removed from analysis.
