Definition:
Causes of death for children aged 1 to 19, categorized by the chapters of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) codes as reported on the Death Certificate (also known as the Medical Certificate of Death) from Vital Statistics. Usually only the top ten most common causes are reported. Records that do not specify a cause of death are included in the category "All Others".
