Many individuals contributed efforts and expertise which made it possible for us to produce this Child Health Atlas. We gratefully acknowledge the following and apologize in advance for anyone we may have overlooked:

  • Those from the Department of Education, Citizenship and Youth, who played an essential role throughout the development of this report, providing invaluable advice on the development of the education variables and concepts, and constructive feedback on preliminary results and drafts, including John Van Walleghem, Richard Perrault, Carol Crerar, Jean Britton, Ken Clark, Shirley McLellan, and Irene Huggins.
